If a game appears to be stuck in "queued" status, you will want to hit the X beside the game title where it says it's "queued", clear cookies, and then try the download once more. Check the server status To narrow down the source of the problem, the first thing you need to do is to check the Epic Games status page. If you are currently downloading one game and select a second (or third, or fourth) to download as well, until the first is ready to play, the other game(s) will remain in the "queued" status.
